Biggin & Scott Knox have added yet another office to their empire, Biggin & Scott Ferntree Gully.

Owned by Directors Adam Flynn and Danelle Hunter, the Biggin & Scott Knox network has expanded from one office to five within the last three years.

CEO Adam Flynn believes that the Ferntree Gully area will continue to be a popular drawcard with its price accessibility adding to its appeal for first home owners and families.

“We are extremely excited about the opening of our fifth office within Knox, as the Ferntree Gully marketplace represents a strong market with good growth. With existing offices in Boronia, Wantirna, Rowville and Bayswater, Ferntree Gully is an integral part of our network’s coverage,” said Mr Flynn.

Managing director, Danelle Hunter, believes that Ferntree Gully will only continue to grow in popularity as buyers continue to be priced out of inner city suburbs and are starting to look elsewhere for larger pieces of land within their price range.
